Bought these boots last month and every time I wear them no matter what socks I use, I get rubbing on the upper part of the heel that results in the skin coming off and bleeding as well as pain . I live in Quebec, the temperature is quite cold (-30 degrees celsius at times ) and I needed these boots as they are extremely warm but really not comfortable , there is a seam in the back that is not smooth causing friction. Would like a solution to this problem also.

I love these boots! They are extremely comfortable, true to size, very warm, and waterproof, and they look great too. I would definitely recommend these boots to a friend.
