Online purchases can be returned to any ECCO store* for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of your purchase provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. A web receipt must be provided at the time of return.Otherwise the product must be returned via the prepaid shipping packaging provided to you.
If you wish to return your shoes please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund. Each order from eccocanda.com contains a prepaid UPS shipping label. Please affix this label over the original label and call UPS (1-800-PICK UPS) to schedule a pick up.
If you requested an exchange your new pair of shoes will be shipped out as soon as we receive the original pair back.
If you requested a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the original order back in our warehouse.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
