Returns

Eccocanada.com will accept returns of unworn merchandise up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If you wish to return your shoes please fill out this form and include it in the box with your shoes. Each order from eccocanda.com contains a prepaid UPS shipping label. Please affix this label over the original label and call UPS (1-800-PICK UPS) to schedule a pick up.

If you requested an exchange your new pair of shoes will be shipped out as soon as we receive the original pair back.

If you requested a refund, we will process the refund as soon as we receive the original order.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
